As Christmas is around the corner, we would like to remind you of our Christmas delivery cut off dates and closure dates.
Below is the updated delivery cut off dates for each state. Orders need to be placed with us before those dates to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

•    Office (Finance)
o    23rd Dec 2020- 1st Jan 2021
o    No refund until after 5th Jan 2021

•    Office (Customer Service)
o    25th -28th Dec 2020, 1st Jan 2021
o    Warranty claim delay is expected during this period

•    Warehouse
o    25th -28th Dec 2020, 1st Jan 2021
o    No shipment

•    All the departments will be open for business from Monday, 4th Jan 2021.


COVID-19 has certainly made 2020 a challenging and unforgettable year.

It has become very clear that some things have now changed and probably will not go back to the way they were.

This has left us with no alternative other than go with the flow and change where we can.

 In so doing we have partnered with new suppliers, here in Australia. 

This means that our product ranges will and have been changing.

The good news is that now, as of November 2020, over 90% of our products will be shipped from our new warehouses in Melbourne. 
Meaning shipping times will be greatly enhanced for Aussie orders.

We are excited to be able to bring you an ever expanding range of quality products. 
Brands you will be familiar with and all available with a multitude of easy interest free finance options. 
Unfortunately this will, for a time, limit our overseas sales to only a few available items.

So sales to our customers in New Zealand, Canada, The UK , US and other international destinations will be limited to only a few select items.

Please note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee the below shipping times. Therefore please bear this in mind when ordering.
We have no control over Airlines, Shipping companies, Viral outbreaks, Force majeure or Natural disasters. 

We ship the majority of our products direct from the manufacturer. This enables us to offer you the best possible prices by keeping our overheads to a minimum. This also reduces our carbon footprint by reducing extra travel to and from us.

However this also means that products are sourced from several different countries and as a result shipping times may vary dependant upon a products location. On occasion, when ordering multiple items, you may receive several packages at different times. 

We do our best to ensure a streamlined ordering and delivery service and for the majority of orders you will receive tracking numbers for all items ordered. On occasion, as we try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, tracking may not be available or may only be available while in the country of origin. 

The vast majority of orders will be able to be fully tracked, but as mentioned, we ship from several different locations and delivery times will vary. This is particularly important to remember at peak periods such as Christmas.

Shipping and Processing: 

All items which are stocked at our base, in Hobart, Tasmania, will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours of receiving your order.

This excludes weekends and public holidays, these orders will be processed on the next business day. All Items shipped from Hobart will be clearly marked.

All other Items will be sent directly to you from our overseas suppliers. These items will be processed within 2-7 Business days and may take, upto, an additional 7-28 business days after processing time to arrive. Upto a total 35 business days approx, this can vary depending on time of year, holidays in supply chain countries and country of origin, unforeseen circumstances(pandemics, force majeure, etc) Generally orders are delivered much faster and well within the stated time frame.

Most orders will include a maximum delivery time, if your delivery exceeds this time and we cannot locate your item(highly unlikely) we will offer a full refund of your purchase including any postage paid, or offer a resend. This will be dependent on your wishes.
